How to Escalate Your Grievance

Follow this step-by-step escalation process for timely resolution of your complaint.

Level 1: Customer Care

Contact our customer care team with your complaint. We aim to resolve within 7 business days.

Level 2: Head Customer Care

If not resolved, escalate to Head of Customer Care for review and faster resolution.

Level 3: Compliance Officer

For regulatory or compliance-related grievances, escalate to our Compliance Officer.

Level 4: Principal Officer

Final internal escalation. Principal Officer ensures resolution within SEBI-mandated 30 days.

Important: If your grievance remains unresolved after escalating to the Principal Officer, you may file a complaint on SEBI's SCORES portal (scores.sebi.gov.in). We will resolve all complaints within 30 days as mandated by SEBI regulations.
